Section 16005 of the CARES Act ( 6 U.S.C. 320 note) is redesignated as section 2306 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 and transferred so as to appear after section 2305, as added by section 203 of this Act. Section 2306 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002, as so redesignated by subsection (a), is amended by striking subsection (c).
