The Homeland Security Act of 2002 ( 6 U.S.C. 101 et seq. ) is amended by redesignating section 1932 ( 6 U.S.C. 597a ) as section 2304 and transferring such section to appear after section 2303, as so redesignated by section 201 of this Act.
