There is established within the Restaurant Revitalization Fund established under section 5003 of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 ( 15 U.S.C. 9009c ) a fund to be known as the Gym and Fitness Center Recovery Fund. Subject to section 266, the Administrator may use amounts in the Fund only for the purposes described in this subtitle and not for any purpose described in section 5003 of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 ( 15 U.S.C. 9009c ). In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to the Fund for fiscal year 2022, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $2,000,000,000, to remain available until expended.
