Section 523(a) of title 11, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (18), by striking or at the end; in paragraph (19), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; or ; and by inserting after paragraph
(19)the following: for injury to an individual by the debtor relating to a violation of chapter 77 of title 18, including injury caused by an instance in which the debtor knowingly benefitted financially, or by receiving anything of value, from participation in a venture that the debtor knew or should have known engaged in an act in violation of chapter 77 of title 18. .
