Section 1956(a)(2)(A) of title 18, United States Code, is amended— by inserting
(i)before with the intent to promote ; and by adding at the end the following: with the intent to engage in conduct constituting a violation of section 7201 or 7206 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986; or .
