Section 41303 of the Violence Against Women Act of 1994 ( 34 U.S.C. 12463 ) is amended— in subsection (a), by striking taking a comprehensive approach that focuses on youth, children exposed to violence, and men and inserting focusing on men and youth ; in subsection (b)— by striking for the following purposes: and all that follows through and inserting
(3)Engaging men as leaders and models .—To develop to develop ; and by inserting and youth after men the first 2 times it appears; in subsection (d)(3)— in subparagraph (A), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (B), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: include a focus on the unmet needs of underserved populations. ; in subsection (f), by striking $15,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 and inserting $20,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2023 through 2027 ; and by striking subsection (g).
