Section 1402 of division B of the Victims of Trafficking and Violence Protection Act of 2000 ( 34 U.S.C. 20122 ) is amended— in the heading— by striking and inserting WOMEN ; and INDIVIDUALS by inserting after the following: DISABILITIES ; AND DEAF PEOPLE in subsection (a)(1)— by striking and sexual assault and inserting sexual assault, and abuse by caregivers ; and by inserting after with disabilities (as defined in section 3 of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 ( the following: 42 U.S.C. 12102 )) and Deaf people ; in subsection (b)— by striking disabled individuals each place it appears and inserting individuals with disabilities and Deaf people ; in paragraph (3), by inserting after law enforcement the following: and other first responders ; and in paragraph (8), by striking providing advocacy and intervention services within and inserting to enhance the capacity of ; and in subsection (e)— by striking $9,000,000 and inserting $15,000,000 ; and by striking 2014 through 2018 and inserting 2023 through 2027 .
