Section 1301 of division B of the Victims of Trafficking and Violence Protection Act of 2000 ( 34 U.S.C. 12464 ) is amended— in subsection (b)(8), by striking to improve and inserting improve ; in subsection (e), by striking 2014 through 2018 and inserting 2023 through 2027 ; and by adding at the end the following: Any services provided pursuant to a grant funded under this section shall be provided in a culturally relevant manner. .
