In this subtitle: The term Administrator means the Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration. The term appropriate congressional committees means— the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate ; the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate ; and the Committee on Homeland Security of the House of Representatives . The term TSA means the Transportation Security Administration of the Department of Homeland Security.
