Section 406(a)(2)(D) of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act ( 42 U.S.C. 5172(a)(2)(D) ) is amended by striking 180 days and inserting 1 year . The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall apply with respect to amounts appropriated on or after the date of enactment of this Act.
