For an additional amount for Military Construction, Air Force , $85,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2026: , That such funds may only be obligated for cost increases on previously appropriated projects: Provided , That not later than 30 days after enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Air Force, or his or her designee, shall submit to the Committees on appropriations of both Houses of Congress an expenditure plan for funds provided under this section: Provided further , That the Secretary of the Air Force may not obligate or expend any funds prior to approval by the Committees on Appropriations of both Houses of Congress of the expenditure plan required by this section.
