Section 404(f)(12) of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act ( 42 U.S.C. 5170c(f)(12) ) is amended— by inserting and wildfire after windstorm ; by striking including replacing and inserting the following: including— replacing ; in subparagraph
