Section 130 of title 23, United States Code, is repealed. The analysis for chapter 1 of title 23, United States Code, is amended by striking the item relating to section 130. Section 409 of title 23, United States Code, is amended by striking sections 130, 144, and 148 and inserting sections 144 and 148 .
