Section 606(a) of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 ( Public Law 115–232 ; 10 U.S.C. 2871 note) is amended— in paragraph (1)(B)— by striking 2.5 percent and inserting 50 percent ; and by striking section 403(b)(3)(A)(i) and inserting section 403(b)(3)(A)(ii) ; and in paragraph (2)(B)— by striking 2.5 percent and inserting 50 percent ; and by striking section 403(b)(3)(A)(i) and inserting section 403(b)(3)(A)(ii) .
