Section 602(a) of the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1995 ( 50 U.S.C. 3304(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking $5,000,000 and inserting $6,000,000 ; and in paragraph (2), by striking $5,000,000 and inserting $6,000,000 .
