Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Commission shall submit to the appropriate committees of Congress and make publicly available a report that describes— the progress on the implementation of section 102(a)(3) of the Nuclear Energy Innovation and Modernization Act ( 42 U.S.C. 2215(a)(3) ); and whether the Commission is meeting and is expected to meet the total budget authority caps required for corporate support under that section.
