Section 5 of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 1991 ( 2 U.S.C. 6611 ) is amended— by striking all that precedes is authorized, and inserting the following: The Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper of the Senate ; and by adding at the end the following: There is established under the heading Contingent Expenses of the Senate an account to be known as the Sergeant at Arms Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Fund . Amounts in the Fund shall be available to the Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper of the Senate for purposes of the business continuity and disaster recovery needs of the Senate. .
