United States contributions to the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria COVID–19 Response Mechanism under section 10003(a)(2) of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 ( Public Law 107–2 )— shall be meaningfully leveraged in a manner that incentivizes other public and private donor contributions; and shall be subject to the reporting and withholding requirements under subsections (c), (d)(4)(A)(ii), (d)(4)(C), (d)(5), (d)(6), (f), and
(g)of section 202 of the United States Leadership Against HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria Act of 2003 ( 22 U.S.C. 7622 ).
