There are authorized to be appropriated to the Under Secretary $100,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2025 to carry out this Act, of which— a majority shall be used in each such fiscal year to carry out the MBDA Business Center Program under subtitle B of title I, including the component of that program relating to specialty centers; and $10,000,000 shall be used in each such fiscal year to carry out title III.
