Not later than 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act, the Administrator of the Federal Railroad Administration shall— update the grade crossing accident prediction and severity model used by the Federal Railroad Administration to analyze accident risk at highway-rail grade crossings; and provide training on the use of the updated grade crossing accident prediction and severity model.
