There are authorized to be appropriated— $2,000,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2026 to carry out section 3; $50,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2026 to carry out section 7; and for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2026, such sums as may be necessary to provide national service educational awards under subtitle D of title I of the National and Community Service Act of 1990 ( 42 U.S.C. 12601 et seq. ) for the members of the National Climate Service Corps for such fiscal year.
