Section 108 of the VA MISSION Act of 2018 ( Public Law 115–182 ; 38 U.S.C. 1701 note) is amended— by redesignating subsections
(d)and
(e)as subsections
(e)and (f), respectively; and by inserting after subsection
(c)the following new subsection (d): The requirement to deny or revoke the eligibility of a health care provider to provide non-Department health care services to veterans under subsection
(a)shall apply to any removal under paragraph
(1)of such subsection or violation under paragraph
(2)of such subsection that occurred on or after the date that is five years before the date of the enactment of this Act. .
