Sec. 1. Reauthorization of Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program

Section 548(a) of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 ( 42 U.S.C. 17158(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)— by striking $2,000,000,000 and inserting $10,000,000,000 ; and by striking 2008 through 2012 and inserting 2021 through 2030 ; and in paragraph (2), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking program and all that follows through 2012 in subparagraph

(C)and inserting program $50,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2030 .
