Section 1659 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 ( Public Law 116–92 ; 10 U.S.C. 391 note) is amended— in subsection (a)— in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking one or more consortia and inserting a consortium ; and in paragraph (1), by striking or consortia ; in subsection (b), by striking or consortia ; in subsection (c)— by amending paragraph
(1)to read as follows: The Secretary of Defense shall designate the National Defense University College of Information and Cyberspace to function as the administrative chair of the consortium established pursuant to subsection (a). ; by striking paragraph (2); by redesignating paragraphs

(4)as paragraphs

(d)to read as follows: The Secretary shall meet with such members of the consortium as the Secretary considers appropriate, not less frequently than twice each year or at such periodicity as is agreed to by the Secretary and the consortium. .
