Section 207(f)(2) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1157(f)(2) ) is amended— by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; by striking include country-specific conditions, instruction and inserting “include— country-specific conditions; instruction ; and by adding at the end the following: instruction on the internationally recognized right to freedom of the press, instruction on methods of persecution of, or attacks on, journalists in foreign countries, and applicable distinctions between traditional and nontraditional journalists. .
