(12)as paragraphs (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (7), (8), (9), and (10), respectively; by striking subsection (c); and by redesignating subsections
(d)through
(f)as subsections
(c)through (e), respectively. Section 1704 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 ( 42 U.S.C. 16514 ) is amended— by striking subsection (b); and by redesignating subsection
(c)as subsection (b).
