In addition to any amounts appropriated to carry out activities or programs under the national service laws (including under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 ( Public Law 117–2 )), there is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this Act $8,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2021, which shall remain available to be expended through fiscal year 2024.
