Section 628A of the Tariff Act of 1930 ( 19 U.S.C. 1628a ) is amended— in subsection (a), by striking paragraph
(1)and inserting the following: shall provide to the person information that appears on the merchandise, including— its packaging, materials, and containers, including labels; and its packing materials and containers, including labels; and ; and in subsection (b)— in paragraph (3), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; in paragraph (4), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: any other party with an interest in the merchandise, as determined appropriate by the Commissioner. .
