Section 608 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1388 ) is amended— in subsection
(a)by inserting , manufactured products, and construction materials described in subparagraphs

(I)of section 2(c)(1) of the after Made in America Act of 2021 iron and steel products ; and in subsection (c)— in paragraph
