Section 7522 of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 5936 ) is amended by striking subsection
(d)and inserting the following: Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall use to carry out this section $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2030. .
