Section 6 of the Soil Conservation and Domestic Allotment Act ( 16 U.S.C. 590f ) is amended— by striking the section designation and heading and all that follows through There is in subsection
(a)and inserting the following: Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary of Agriculture shall use to carry out this Act $2,100,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2030. There are ; in the undesignated matter following paragraph
(2)(as so designated) of subsection (a), by striking Appropriations and inserting the following: Appropriations ; and by adding at the end the following: In using amounts made available by subsection (a)(1) for conservation technical assistance under this Act, the Secretary of Agriculture shall give priority to socially disadvantaged farmers and ranchers (as defined in section 2501(a) of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 ( 7 U.S.C. 2279(a) )). .
