Section 1271D of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3871d ) is amended by striking subsection
(a)and inserting the following: Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall use to carry out the program— $300,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2023; $500,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2025; $750,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2027; and $1,000,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2028 through 2030. .
