Section 202A(b)(4)(A) of the Emergency Food Assistance Act of 1983 ( 7 U.S.C. 7503(b)(4)(A) ) is amended by inserting before the semicolon at the end the following: , including at a minimum all individuals or households with an income less than 250 percent of the poverty line .
