(h)as subsections (c), (d), (e), and (f), respectively; in subsection (e), as so redesignated— in paragraph (5), by striking Soil Conservation Service and the Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service and inserting Natural Resources Conservation Service and the Farm Service Agency ; in paragraph (7), by inserting cover crops, perennial production systems, integrated crop and livestock management systems and practices after alternative crops, ; by redesignating paragraphs
