Section 9(b) ( 16 U.S.C. 973g ) is amended by— striking Except as provided in subsections at the beginning of section 9(b), and inserting in its place: In accordance with subsection ; inserting and except as provided in subsection after In accordance with subsection (e), at the beginning of section 9(b), as so amended; striking , and
