Section 213A of the Caribbean Basin Economic Recovery Act ( 19 U.S.C. 2703a ) is amended— in subsection (b)— in paragraph (1)— in subparagraph (B)(v)(I) to read as follows: The term applicable percentage means— 60 percent or more during the 1-year period beginning on December 20, 2017, and each of the 16 succeeding 1-year periods; and 60 percent of more during the period beginning on December 20, 2034, and ending on September 30, 2035. ; and in subparagraph (C)— in the table, by striking 16 succeeding 1-year periods and inserting 27 succeeding 1-year periods and the period beginning on December 20, 2034, and ending on September 30, 2035 ; and in the matter following the table, by striking December 19, 2025 and inserting September 30, 2035 ; and in paragraph (2)— in subparagraph (A)(ii), by striking ‘‘16 succeeding 1-year periods’’ and inserting ‘‘26 succeeding 1-year periods’’; and in subparagraph (B)(iii), by striking ‘‘16 succeeding 1-year periods’’ and inserting ‘‘26 succeeding 1-year periods’’; and in subsection (h), by striking 2025 and inserting 2035 .
