There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary for research, development, demonstration, and commercial application of hydrogen and fuel cell energy systems, and other related technologies in the United States, including to carry out this Act, the following: For fiscal year 2023, $161,160,000. For fiscal year 2024, $164,383,000. For fiscal year 2025, $167,670,000. For fiscal year 2026, $171,024,000. For fiscal year 2027, $174,444,480.
