In this Act: f CFTA The term AfCFTA means the African Continental Free Trade Area authorized to be created under the Agreement Establishing the African Continental Free Trade Area, adopted by its African Union signatories in Kigali, Rwanda, on March 21, 2018. The term relevant congressional committees means the following: The Committee on Foreign Affairs, the Committee on Ways and Means, and the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives. The Committee on Foreign Relations, the Committee on Finance, and the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate.
