The Comptroller General of the United States shall— conduct a study on the effectiveness and efficiency of the grants to improve prevention and response to domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, sexual harassment, and stalking on campus under section 899 of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as added by section 5 of this Act; and submit a report, not later than 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act, on the study described in paragraph (1), to the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions of the Senate and the Committee on Education and Labor of the House of Representatives.
