Section 220(c)(1) of the Congressional Accountability Act of 1995 ( 2 U.S.C. 1351(c)(1) ) is amended by striking and 7122 and inserting 7122, and 7123(d) . The amendment made by subsection

(a)shall apply with respect to petitions or other submissions described in section 220(c) of such Act which are submitted on or after the date of the enactment of this Act.
