The Controlled Substances Act ( 21 U.S.C. 801 et seq. ) is amended— in section 413(i) ( 21 U.S.C. 853(i) )— in paragraph (4), by striking and at the end; in paragraph (5), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by inserting after paragraph
(5)the following: transfer such property as remediation, as set forth in section 981(e)(8) of title 18, United States Code. ; and in section 511(e)(1) ( 21 U.S.C. 881(e)(1) )— in subparagraph (D), by striking or at the end; in subparagraph (E), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; or ; and by inserting after subparagraph
