Section 11(i)(2)(A) of the Empowering Olympic, Paralympic, and Amateur Athletes Act of 2020 ( Public Law 116–189 ) is amended by striking Not later than 270 days after the date of the enactment of this Act and inserting Not later than September 30, 2023 .
