In order to retain qualified personnel, the Chief of the Capitol Police shall have authority to accept unpaid multi-denominational chaplain services whereby volunteers from multiple faiths may advise, administer, and perform professional work involved in a program of spiritual welfare and religious guidance for Capitol Police employees. This section shall apply with respect to fiscal year 2023 and each succeeding fiscal year.
