The Foreign Service Act of 1980 is amended— in paragraph
(2)of section 101(b) ( 22 U.S.C. 3901(b) ), by striking handicapping condition and inserting disability ; in section 105 ( 22 U.S.C. 3905 ), by striking handicapping condition each place it appears and inserting disability ; in subparagraph
(A)of section 1002(11) ( 22 U.S.C. 4102(11) ), by striking handicapping condition and inserting disability ; and in paragraph
(4)of section 1015(b) ( 22 U.S.C. 4115(b) ), by striking handicapping condition and inserting disability .
