Sec. 706. Rates of reimbursement for providers of applied behavior analysis

In furnishing applied behavior analysis under the TRICARE program to individuals described in subsection
(b)during the period beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act and ending on December 31, 2023, the Secretary of Defense shall ensure that the reimbursement rates for providers of applied behavior analysis are not less than the rates that were in effect on April 30, 2022. Individuals described in this subsection are individuals who are covered beneficiaries by reason of being a member or former member of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, or Marine Corps, including the reserve components thereof, or a dependent of such a member or former member. In this section, the terms covered beneficiary and TRICARE program have the meaning given those terms in section 1072 of title 10, United States Code.
