Subsection
(b)of section 2603 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end No such period may exceed five years . An agreement under such subsection, made by a member of the Armed Forces on or before the date of the enactment of this Act, may not require such member to serve on active duty for a period longer than five years.
