Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 101 for Aircraft Procurement, Army, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4101, for Utility Helicopter Mods, Line 026, is hereby increased by $10,000,000 for 60kVA Generators. Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 301 for Operations and Maintenance, Army, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4301, for Other Service Support, Line 490, is hereby reduced by $10,000,000.
