The Secretary of the Air Force is authorized to enter into one or more contracts for the procurement of a digital mission operations platform for the Space Force that— is capable of providing systems operators with the ability to analyze system performance in a simulated mission environment; and enables collaboration among such operators in a integrated, physics-based environment.
