Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 1405 for the Defense Health Program, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4501, for Defense Health Program, R&D research is hereby increased by $5,000,000 (with the amount of such increase to be used in support of the CRDMP Program for Pancreatic Cancer Research). Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 301 for operation and maintenance, Defense-wide, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4301, for administration and service-wide activities, Defense Human Resources Activity, line 240, is hereby reduced by $5,000,000.
