The Secretary of Defense shall ensure there is maintained on each military installation a drop box that is accessible to members of the Armed Forces and the family members thereof, into which such members and family members may deposit unused prescription drugs. In this section, the term prescription drug has the meaning given that term in section 1074g(i) of title 10, United States Code.
